The staff were very responsive to any requests. The buffet breakfast offered great value for money. The convenient access to the nearby rail transport station made it easy to explore the area.
The noise from adjacent rooms could be quite noticeable and disruptive, especially if there were rowdy guests next door. The wardrobe space was adequate but accessing it was awkward.

Great location for a road trip from Melbourne to Port Macquarie. Easy access to the M1. On-site restaurant and breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful and the operation manager was good. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and quality at this place. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The service was impeccable, from the friendly 24-hour reception staff to the excellent room service. The room had all the amenities we needed, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as it made for a peaceful night's sleep. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

Close to destination, friendly reception staff, on-site restaurant, soundproof rooms, good mattress, crisp and clean linen. Service and breakfast were nice and well-priced. Opening windows for fresh air, quiet room. Fantastic and friendly staff. Immediate fix for shower head with a token gift. Easy access to wifi. Comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The location was also close to the highway, making it easy to get in and out by car. The room was quite good, with a comfortable bed and friendly staff. There were plenty of nearby dining options, including a supermarket within walking distance. the hotel offered a convenient and pleasant stay.
There was some noise disturbance during my stay in the morning.
